About Our Founder

For over two decades, Lauren has coached writers and other storytellers to make more money telling better stories, working with some of the world’s most distinguished speakers and authors, including Tony Robbins.
A graduate of both film school and law school, Lauren’s goal in life is to encourage entrepreneurs to be more creative and artists to think more like entrepreneurces.
We believe in:
Stories over silence.
Stories heal the writer, the reader, and the community around us. They build bridges and spark movements. That’s why we are dedicated to amplifying marginalized voices and encouraging you to tell your story.
Collaboration over competition.
Stories are contagious, so quite literally your success equals my success. We all benefit when more diverse voices are published and more writers are able to pursue their passions and thrive.
Tea over coffee, and tater tots over everything.
We fully believe that no problem in this world is too big to be solved over a cup of tea. And, if we had to choose, our last meal would be tater tots. Or fries with cheese. Or both. Because we’re the kind of kids who always chose “D) I want all of the above.”
